Structural features

1. The structure is a double end face assembling mechanical seal with inner axle sleeve.

2. The space between the sealing chamber and the rear guard plate should be as open as possible to avoid the mechanical seal failure caused by slurry deposition around the sealing surface.

3. Flushing water does not enter the media process, and has no effect on the technological process.

Instructions

1. When installing, lubricating oil should be coated on the inner hole of the sleeve and O-ring seal (EPDM cannot be coated with petroleum lubricating oil), so as to facilitate installation.

2. When the mechanical seal is installed correctly, the screws and pressboards must be removed before starting the machine.

3. The flushing water can be supplied with ordinary tap water or cooling water tank. The pressure is controlled below 0.05 Mpa and the position of two flushing holes is 120 degrees.

4. Before the pump starts, you need to open the wash water 5 minutes in advance. When the pump is stopped, the flushing water must be turned off after 5 minutes.
